As a nurse, the PHILHEMS Training Center has allowed me to hone and master skills that are taught during my undergrad and apply it in real life scenarios. The trainings range from basic life support to multiple casualty incident management and care that allowed me to develop a whole new skillset specifically for becoming an EMT in the future and exposing me to real life cases and scenarios. Overall it was a 10/10 experience with great instructors and a diverse demographic of people from students to healthcare professionals and other members from the government sector.
